Pin any muzzle device to any threaded barrel
This service is to pin a muzzle device to a threaded barrel via "blind pinning with the pin head welded over" per an ATF approved method.
Aluminum muzzle devices cost more to pin because the set up has to be changed just for the material.
Titanium muzzle devices cost more to pin because the pin itself is more expensive.
Cold Bluing is a simple cosmetic touch up for steels and aluminum. However some metals do not accept the solution. If selected and the solution does not stick, the pin and weld will be left unfinished.
Most pin and welds are not required to be ground flush. However for cosmetic or fitment reasons the choice is there.
Please be cognizant of the order of operations with your barrel after a muzzle device is pin and welded. Some builds - typically AR15s - require the gas block to stay on. If removed, it is not so simple to put it back on after your muzzle device is permanently installed.
